Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Lumorach LLC. Because we provide custom marketing services, our operations differ from businesses that sell physical products. We do not offer physical returns, but we maintain a clear policy regarding service cancellations and refunds.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Lumorach LLC—including but not limited to engaging content creation, sales management, marketing services, consulting, strategy development, and other digital services—are intangible services. Once work has begun, resources have been allocated, or digital deliverables have been provided, the services cannot be returned.

2. Service Cancellations

For ongoing service agreements:

• Notice Required: You may cancel your service by submitting a written cancellation request via email to contact@lumorachllc.com.

• Timeline: To avoid being billed for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least thirty (30) days before your next scheduled invoice date.

• Final Deliverables: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will complete any work covered by the current paid billing period and deliver any agreed-upon outstanding work before closing your account.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Services Rendered: No refunds will be issued for work already completed, services already delivered, campaigns already launched, or payments already processed for completed work.

• Advance Payments: If you have prepaid for a multi-month service package and choose to terminate early, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for any full service periods that have not yet begun, subject to any applicable processing fees and the terms of your service agreement.

• One-Time Projects: One-time projects, consultations, content creation, marketing strategies, setup services, or other custom services are non-refundable once work has officially commenced.

4. Client Responsibility and Chargebacks

We believe in maintaining open communication and providing professional service throughout every project. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with Lumorach LLC may result in the immediate suspension or termination of services and may require collection of any outstanding balances.
